IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT October 29thWe have been inundated with requests for more steampunk gatherings. Of course we are working hard to finalise plans for our big event in September but at meetings in Lincoln yesterday we realised we had the opportunity to stage a second Asylum event at Easter. Initial polls have shown this to be a very popular suggestion. See the Easter 2010 page (left) for details.
Website Updated October 27th 2009Next year's event is very rapidly taking shape. We are looking forward to announcing our bands lineup, guest artists and authors and our other plans on November 3rd. Tickets should go on sale in mid November so you will have a couple of weeks to talk to your friends etc before booking. We have added a new page with an outline of our plans for 2010.
The Steampunk Quarter is growing and we are proud to announce the support of Lincoln Castle for the event. In 2010 we are expanding the event to a total of 1000 participants and will be showcasing 12 bands plus lots of other acts over three stages.
